You will be picked up at the Marrakesh airport by our team to escort you in our mini buses to the riad or hotel where you can refresh prior to dinner. Here you will enjoy the opportunity to get to know your fellow guests and team as we dine together. After dinner (each evening), you will be offered a briefing for the next day to ensure you are always prepared.
Pick up from your riad/hotel and depart to Rabat via Casablanca. In Casablanca, our economic hub, we visit the United Nations building, Avenue Mohammed V, the ANFA District and the gorgeous mosque of Hassan II. After lunch, we continue to Rabat, our capital. We visit the Mausoleum of Mohamed V, the Hassan Tower, and Kasbah Chellah near Oudaya Gardens. Dinner and overnight in hotel.
Depart Rabat for the Roman ruins of Volubilis, the baths of Gallium, the Forum, and the ancient capital.
This ancient city grew rapidly from 3rd century BC to 1st century AD. Major buildings include a basilica, temple and triumphal arch. Its prosperity was mainly derived principally from olive growing, until falling to local tribes around 285.
The mausoleum is one of the most impressive buildings in the city. Depending on the time of our visit, we may be able to enter and view the beautifully decorative tomb. End the day in the oldest city in Morocco, Fez. Dinner and overnight in hotel.
Visit the authentic city of Fez, where the old medina offers a step back in time. A well preserved medieval city of donkey-wide alley ways and souks, the medina is encircled by an unbroken line of ramparts and gates.
Visit La Mederssa Attarine, Nejjarine fountain, and the mosques of El Karaouyine, Medersa Bou Inania, and Baba Jloud. Dinner and overnight in hotel.
We leave for Marrakech via Beni Mellal – a market town that marks the border between the High and Middle Atlas Mountains.
Enjoy the Scenic mountain landscape and view the waterfalls of Ouzoud – the three-tiered waterfalls with a drop of over 110 meters to the river below.
Conclude with a visit to the Ain Asserdone, the source of the Ouzoud’s waters. Dinner and overnight in a hotel.
Today we explore the historical sites of Marrakech, the Pearl of the South. After breakfast, you visit the Koutoubia mosque, the Palace of Bahia and Menara, under the guidance of a French/English/Germany speaking guide.
In the afternoon, you will visit the Jemaa-El-Fna square, the beating heart of Marrakesh, and its colourful and scented alleys of the Souk. Dinner is served in Jemaa-El-Fna.
Free time for your last minute shopping. Please make sure you are back at the riad or hotel at least three hours prior to your flight departure for airport transfer.
